Great food and friendly service. The Reuben was very tasty. The side was super-small, but tons of fries. A good selection of choices and yummy milkshakes! Always a good spot to visit while in Virginia City!

The burgers were good. The service was horrible. We ordered ice tea and had to get our own straws. When the food came we had to ask for napkins. We never received any flatware. Nobody came back to ask if everything was ok or if we neede anything else. Don't waste your time here.

Wow, what a delightful experience in this small town. The owner "nanny goat" waited on us and she was soo personable and friendly. I ordered her signature sandwich (named after her) which was chicken, swiss cheese, and bacon. It was excellent. The bread was lightly toasted and each bite melted in my mouth. My man (mistaken for Kevin Costner when we sat down) had the Reuben on toasted marble rye. Nanny told us it was the best in the entire state and my man totally agreed after he enthusiastically devoured the sandwich. The fries were good as well as the large jar of iced tea she placed on our table, For the price $19 total it was such a deal.. If you are visiting this little ghost town be sure to stop in here for lunch. It will satisfy the tummy and the soul. Thank you Nanny Goat, you made our experience very enjoyable.

Had lunch! Outstanding Reuben! Coleslaw is now my favorite. Rick, the owner, was cordial and glad we loved our sandwich. Good job Rick!

Stopped here for lunch while visiting VC (during Labor Day weekend) and they were BUSY! Despite being overwhelmed and taking a bit to get our drinks and food, the service was nice, food was tasty and affordable. Fries are yummy with some extra batter or something on them. Maybe get a little better service on a non holiday weekend but that was understandable. Would eat here again.
